• Develop a Flow Chart for the Application's workflow and write User Stories to define various conditions/requirements.
• Draft preliminary UI examples for the Designer, present the workflow (Flow) and UI to clients.
• Responsible for Planning, Managing, and Controlling software/application development Projects to successfully Launch according to targets.
• Communicate with clients and summarize application design requirements into a clear Project Plan, Action Plan, and Roadmap for the team.
